Cruz was hit... you have to be blind or german to say otherwise.. Cruz maybe said he wasn't to avoid provocations or just not to be a snitch.. the video shows a clear punch... Frings simply deserves it.

Regarding the penalty not called on Maxi Rodriguez, when he just call and the referee whistled Lehmann and another german player went directly to him in a way like "get up you **** don't dive". But eh i wonder what does the italian FA has under their sleeves.:confusion:
