Why the f**k does he get a rest, while the chivas players who have played way more games than him in the year, are forced to go?

Maybe, if Mexico can make good use of both Torrado and Marquez, it will leave Guatemala without any chances of scoring. And Maybe, just maybe, we may be able to take a victory, which would undoubtedly place us in a good qualifying position.

that first goal was all Figeroa and his inability to do a good corner, and then getting caught in a break
and the second...well yea..nothing more to say
our forwards didnt shine, the midfield didnt stand up..and the defense tried but it still stunk

The Mexico squad could have had a tea party on it's field's side with Sanchez in the back, let Perez, Juan Pablo and Zinha and the rest of Lavope's useless selections play the game alone, and still we would had won. :fool:
Kikin was non-existent for long periods of the game. Borgetti didn't do much like always, just of course, his casual off-side goals. The defense didn't look good at all, but Guatemala's sluggish, un-coordinated, and sometimes childish attacks made them look well enough. Marquez did good, he was problably the only rescuable player of the game. Lozano didn't look in good form, any other serious player could had easily run circles around Guatemala's defenders, and walk the ball into the net, instead he recurred to the "pelotazos" way to often.
Well, anyway, on to Trinidad & Tobago. Which should be just another training exercise in Monterrey.
Oh well.
