Things will improve only when our ''footballing farm'' will start getting decent financiall backing from whatever sources so we start growing young tallents, improving infrastructure and hiring experienced specialists from elswhere, to give a boost to our almost non existant football industry.
Year after year relying on dinosaurs from post soviet era and hoping for improvement is naive. It was absolutely amazing miracle we managed to get to the finals of Euro2004 (probably the most unlikely upset in history of euro qualifiers) and we should not get delusional because of that.
