Weird graphics in night games...

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed or even has this problem...

In night matches the players uniforms look way too smooth and shiny, almost like they're wearing tight plastic or some s**t.

Looks quite bad on my PC, now it (might) be my video card but I highly doubt it, it's a radeon 9800 and I've never had a problem in any other game.

Do you want to play in the dark? Maybe you can unlock flashlights for the players as well. ;)

I think that the lighting is poor as well. I don't know why EA thinks that the players and kits should shine so much, but someone needs to come to their senses and reduce the nuclear glow.

the players look like wrapped on gay plastic, or like using leather tight uniforms....:p

I just noticed something... This problem only occurs in "dry" night games.


When it's a rainy night game everything looks fine... go figure????

Yeah man thats a bug, I think. When it rain everything is ok, but without rain in night games the players look like plastic in the cinematics. But only in cinematics (f.e. at the beginning, after scoring a goal, ..). :rolleyes: :crazyboy:

Well in night games i got the pc one its all fine nothings wrong no one looks like glass at all try putting reso on highes and detail level high

wtf? my night actually looks better than the day graphics, daytime are actually shinier, the ball gets so white that you cant see the details on it.

ive noticed on mine that it the plastic graphics appear when you are playing at night in a real stadium, playing in the generic stadiums doesnt seem to attract the gladwrap

yeah stoitchkov your right night is fine for me day is fine for me but only one prob with daytime that the ball is shiney

So has anyone found a way to fix this problem? I would think there is a way to turn off floodlights. Any info would be appreciated.

Therse nothing wrong, you need the best Graphics card, :sb9: ones will give you those fvcked up shiny people.

I think the problem only happens with the better graphic cards. I've got a Geforce FX 5600 256mb and it happens with that one. I also have another PC which has a Geforce 2MX 400 64mb and it doesn't happen there.

i think it's a bug i have a G-Force fx5700ultra have no probs with any other game i have (doom 3, NFS Underground, Lord of the rings, ect. i even downloaded the latest driver 71.20 which fixed other small prob's i had but not this ONE.

as for turning night games off if anyone find out how PLEASE post it hear. :crazyboy:
