Weird Prob

Well this surely is weird prob but very annoying prob for me happening from more than a month.The problem is that I see red colour black and all colour looks changed.Due to all this I cant do most of IMP things.I have also seen that it isnt happening due to magnetic field.Maybe theres prob in monitor.Pls lemme know if theirs a solution to it.

most likely your monitor. what model/type is it?

Its Samsung Samtron 55V

check the monitor settings. if nothing, then look around at the samsung website, or try to get in contact with samsung.

well, i wanna know is the red colour appear in the whole monitor or just on certain angle?

if it is in the whole of ur monitor then it is likely your monitor's cable problem, try moving it around and see whether it will get back to normal... what cause this? well, certain cable within ur monitor cable is broken or losen thus causing the colour problem...

if it is just in a portion of your monitor then it most likely is magnetic problem, certain monitor react to the earth magnetic field try moving it around.. but i doubt samsung has this problem, you probably need to deguass your monitor... not sure whether ur monitor has a built in deguassing function or not...

Well I dont think so it is Magenetic Field Prob.I'll surely implement your advice to see that wires are not lossen..also will try to move it around.

And it happens on whole screen not ona particular part.

definitely ur cable problem... not to check whether it is lossen or not just try moving that cable around just to see whether it will stop the colour changes...

WOW..great news atleast for me.Before goin to sleep i juz made it clear that all cables are fixed nicely..and for testing when I started Comp again..yippie I saw colour the way they should be.

I dont know if this prob is solved PERMANENTLY but I hope for best.

you're welcome... well, it didn't solved your problem permanently yet, cause like i said b4 it is the cable within your monitor cable that cause you the colour problem, to fix it you will have to change the whole cable but if you can live with it then you can use it until it is too serious which i mean that you can't fix it by moving ur cable around then you'll have no choice but to change it...
