Weird Problem In Career Mode

Hi,
Iam playing a manager career and iam in 2017 season
i've started with bayern munchen and got all championships in 2 years and then moved to Athelitico Madrid and took all championships in the 2nd season (EVERY season i've won "Manager Of The Season Award")
so i want to move to a new clubs
and when i check "My Jobs" i find great offers from clubs like Manchester City,Chealsa,Liverpool
but every time i accept any of them ... they tell me that annoying "thank you but we will look at other people" thing
and after it they offer again and the same thing happens !!
what's causing this problem ?!

Yup I know the feeling after receiving manager of the month twice. This actually needs to be fixed.
