I like that one. I'm going to lobby to have it introduced in Illinois.

Basically, any legislation that allows people to solve their interpersonal conflicts through physical confrontation gets my vote. Saves a lot of taxpayer money.

They had a ballot measure to legalize same-sex bestiality, but it failed to pass by a narrow margin. Not a very progressive-thinking nation, I'm afraid.
