Well, it's up to PES

Lets face it, FIFA 2004 is a disapointment. I don't think I need to go into details, but it's a turd.

I've played the PES demo for PC and I have the slowdown problems, I'm pretty sure it's my vid card. But regardless of this, I still love the game.....I bought a PS2 only for WE6i, and to this day I still play and am challenged by this game. PES3 is a great step forward and has the chance to rule as the best PC football game to date.

I hold out hope that the PC game will play well on my system. If not, I will prolly buy a new vid card, although I hope this isn't needed.

The prospect that the mod community brings to PES on the PC is amazing! With the release of PES, I suspect the gameplay of PES is about to be realized with the license of EA's games. I simply can't wait to see what some of you wizards will accomplish to enhance the gameplay of PES for PC. A new revolution is upon us!

PES 3 has great potential to rule the soccer games . So far FIFA is outselling PES but that will change in about 2-3 weeks when people realize FIFA is crap and return it and the PC version of PES is available. This is truly the biggest year so far for the PES/WE franchise, no doubt.

I hope some gameplay enhancements come along that make the goalies even better becuase it's actually starting to get a tad easy to score on 5 stars for me now...I still lose a game now and then and I have to concetrate to win but I wish it was just a bit harder. But this is on the demo of course with great national teams like Italy. I know the Master League is a much bigger challenge.
