Have you tried to start the game English, just to see if in English the names are displayed correctly?
It looks like there are no names for those teams in the DB for your language... Maybe the MW patch only supports English ;)

u are not following the instructions properly....

check if portugese lang is compatible with patch...
rename loc folders as per the instructions given by mod way

I have the same problem.I downloaded a stadium and regenerate it in cm13 by saying regenerate bh and that happened :(
