what's the differences between WORLDCALSS and LEGENDARY level

in world class u can still see the cpu makes error/ fault like in the real life etc but in legendary the cpu will play perfectly n manipulate all the human weaknesses n seems like there's handicap situation for human(?) like even in 40%-60% situtation the ball will always belong to the cpu. in legendary the cpu is more aggressive n have higher accuracy in the pass, lob, shot etc
