I think most of the stadiums you want are included with Chuckinhos Scottish Mega Patch for FIFA 09. The patch has its own thread in the forums (use search)

but Rugby Park and st.mirren park wasn't included within that patch.Any where could find them?

Unfortunately I have never seen any evidence of St Mirren and Kilmarnock stadiums ever being made for FIFA 07, 08 or 09 ?

However, there is a very large (250 meg) download available that contains circa 150 stadia for FIFA 09 (I think the link is in the 'must have' sticky section of the forum) Maybe these two critters are contained therein ?
