Why is Logo Raptor doing this?

I can't figure out why logo raptor is doing this, and for some reason my computer won't extract the multiple size single image .fsh files properly using FSHTool.

Any suggestions? I've done more than 50 on-pitch logos and menu kits.. now this suddenly.
