Why Pokerstars knows always my account

Hi,I have a problem,I hope somebody can help me,I want a new account because I dont want use more that old,but Pokerstars dont let me do it,I tried every thing,I used CCcleaner to uninstall,I used every program erasing,but when I want do a new account the pokerstars windows tell me u have another account,Isnt problem of IP because I use VPN,It as if Pokerstars did record something about my pc,or my regedit,I tried in another pc and it is ok.I dont want format just for that,Please help me! TY

What's wrong with your old account? Do you owe debts?

Well I spoke to the CEO of pokerstars and asked him what the hell was going on and demanded we discuss this face to face, he is flying into my Canada office in the next few days and I am expecting him to grovel.
