and first pic it's just a cover for burned game, wendetta and other teams made their own too

I know ho it smells...time ago was a guy who sells patched PES3 in new cover as a new game @e-bay...

but here I think it was just mispelling, you now, many ppl here aren't native english and it could be smth like "new in the shop" = "new patch in da house!" = "new patch is available"
maybe.....

But the patch is available for download (not as a PPF patch) at Lomungtung (see Evo-Web forum)

This is very easy to get solved. Basicly it`s a WE7IJ dvd rip to CD and it`s patched with some parts of Euro 2004 theme like ball, new jerseys , stadium addboards etc. And maybe they are selling the games which is Illegal but its in Arabia so there we go.
