If so its not confirmed yet, but look at the Official Website.

Look at the bottom leftside of this website and look at the
logo`s . You can see ,
JFA, JFA Max, Serie A, Liga, Eredivisie, Winning Eleven logo.
So that would be 6 logo`s.

Also a picture of the cover for WE9. You can see the logo`s here too.

So for now, you know that Premier League won`t be in WE9.
Maybe in WE10.
BUT, at the time before WE8 was out,
at first there was only the Eredivisie logo and NO Serie or Liga logo.
But about 2weeks before WE8 was out, Konami suddenly announced
that they will be adding official uniforms (license) for Serie and Liga,
and added the new 2 logo`s.
So don`t give up your hope yet.
You should wait til, mid to late July.
I`ll post here if I get any new info about this,
because I also want the Premier League license to be added too.
Or maybe somebody else will post before me .

This is a rumor, but I heard that
there will be a few teams with real team names and uniforms
for Premier League. But not all tho...
And also heard that there """might""" be info about this
on Famitsu (game magazine). So I`ll go check it out when its out.

I found this and read some of it. (The Interview part)
And it seems the gameplay has changed.
For example, you don`t have to use the R2 button anymore
to do the side step, and you be using the R2 button for
"control shooting", meaning the player will kick the ball with
the "inside" of his foot, no matter how far you are from the goal.
You do this by pressing R2 and square.

I like the controlled shooting idea. It'll be great for curling one past the keeper Maniche vs Holland style!

Now that's what I'm talking about... Excellent gameplay improvement. Just when you think the game lacks nothing big, they come up with a 'choose which side of your boot to shoot with' option.... amazing.

When you come to think about it, on MANY occasions, you have a certain kick in mind (with the outside of the foot) but u have to 'hope' that the pc chooses this shot for you, and it most probably won't... now that it's solved, we're looking at an extreme improvement in the already-real shooting interface... Great news.

That is what feedback and real game testing at Konami produces... once again, EA's Fifa will have a 10 year gap added between both games...

Hope they change the grass and pitch graphix.. that's the only graphic improvement I need to see...

Isn't there any generous JAPANESE gamer on the forum??? To translate these writings to us? There's gotta be at least ONE... the game is Japanese... If ur out there, plz go for it.

Why does everyone have a problem with pitch textures? On my TV they look pretty green, is it just my settings?
