Is there anyway to get this patch in CMP, with the teams and player links only? I would not like to lose my modified database.

for CMP i don't know if Creation Master is capable to do this, because of large data (30 leagues)..i'll try

PS soon i'll do a version with russian teams in europeans cup and little others fix

Forget it with the CM.
You will get only problems or the users and when some users have the luck and get no problems or error the importing need many many hours

i think is better thing to export your megamod teams in cmp and then import in new fifa.db
