One question: do you plan on updating some of the overalls for the players that were in the 2010´s addon but are clearly better now? Example: Morocco 2022 has a lot of its base (Amrabat, Hakimi, Bonou) already present in Morocco 2018 with mediocre stats, making its future existence as a team far worse than it should be

Very good question.
I see a couple of points here:
1. I would like to keep players in line with CP stats as much as possible, so that 90 year slow old Pepe of Euro 2020 doesn't overwrite Pepe one of the best and fastest CBs of 2010s. So it's fair to keep some kind of "career average".
2. F23 stats look way too overinflated to me like Maignan 87? Nkunku 86?
It would be super weird to see Malouda, Gallas and Anelka both 83 and those guys so high rated in France.
On the other hand, some players might indeed deserve an upgrade, specifically those who appeared in 2014-20 era of CP/Jbou addon as youngsters with much lower stats than they are now.
That's my point, mostly for the guys in the 2015-20 era. Besides that, if they don't get better overalls, you risk having the CPU not choosing any of the actual starting XI in favor of the older more established players in the CP (a problem that sadly in some cases is unavoidable, but could be mitigated)
