[WIP] Superleague 15

SL is a patch that replace British Leagues with a league made with the best teams of the game.
It use a british league system so it is composed out of 4 leagues, the first one with 20 teams, and the last three
with 24 teams.
There are 3 cups in this patch. The first one, that replace champions league from the second year, has the same
structure of the FA cup, is a cup between all the teams. The second cup that replace europa league is a cup between
the first 2 leagues.The third one is a cup between the last 2 leagues.
Here is the list of the teams and the leagues in the patch:

I've started to compile the career file to improve some things in the patch.

In the first division I noticed there are 19 teams (first "drid" is real madrid for sure), I guess that the "forgotten team" is Bayern Munich.
Anyway, this is a very cool idea.
