should the flags be in thouse spaces or can be bigger/smaller?
i mean if its like... like if the template is divided by squares or just in those spaces... do anybody understand what i mean?

its the capitol yes. but colombia never plays in bogota. all theyre famous years were played in barranquilla. never in bogota. they started playing in bogota for the wc2002 and that was it they changed it bak to barranquilla. and its a big difference. the stadium is alot bigger alot more fans go to the stadium. it gets alot louder. and the temperatue is very different like in summer 110 degrees. colombia sucks playin in bogota thats y they never play there. its not like saying the cities berlin or munich. because germany has alot more major cities than colombia . colombia has always been known as the team playing in barranquilla with loud fans and the hot temperatue. they only play in barranquilla thats it. not like other teams that change the cities they play in for home games like brazil. no one would put a bogota flag in barranquilla. the two cities are completly different. the people the style and the culture.i like the flags but the bogota one

- First, U must convert edited banner to DDS format (use DDS Converter 2). This format have a Alpha layer (what u see in window/channels of Adobe PTS program)
- Open that DDS file with Adobe PTS (need plugin), substitube a new_Alpha for Alpha 1 in Window/Channels. The new_Alpha as follow:
* Magic Wand to area without banners, Copy/Paste empty area to make a new-file (contents: Transparent).
* Paint Bucket to banner areas (on new-file) with black color. Magic Wand on black areas, then click "Save Selection as channel" on Window/Channels, you will get a Alpha 1 layer.
* Drag n Drop this layer into orginal DDS file (u get Alpha 2 layer), delete Alpha 1 layer; then Save !.
The "NVIDIA dds format" window appear, U can choose any ARGB style.

- Use DDS Converter 2 to convert that DDS to BMP
- Using BigGui export t13_*.fsh (in zdata_09.big)
- Then, use FshEd005 to import BMP above into this FSH file (original). Then, Save !
- Import edited FSH back zdata_09.big with BigGui. Then, click "Rebuild" "Close" button (Y)
* Don't FORGET: running FatBH Builder and FatGUI for generating BIG_files.
