Wrinkles and shadows in kits

Hi,

It seems like FIFA 10 adds automatically wrinkles and shadows onto the kit since they appear even if they are not present in the kit texture. I would like to know if its possible to edit that or even better, remove it because it doesnt look good for some kits.

Thanks.

there's this file called body_nm.tga in zdata_thirtysomething, i can't remember. extract it and edit its RGB channels. Each channel represents a different way the kit wrinkles would react to the in-game lighting. I trust you know what to do on your own (Y)

Thank you, thats great information right there. One more question, do you know if its possible to have a different body_nm.tga for each kit? or at least to switch them for each team before a match, similar to the way kit switcher by Outsider works? i think FHL switcher by Bernd does it but it has effect on both teams.

Thanks.

theoretically, i think it's possible. but it's probably got something to do with bescene.cs. you can try to figure it out

Thats interesting, it seems its that file the one that the switchers use in order to work. The secret could reside there. Thank you very much.

No, it cannot be used for what he wants: there is no reference about kit shadow file in bescene.cs!!!

if you're good enough with RGB channels you can make the shades look like they're dynamics ;) let's just work with what we have
