i have fifa 07 as you may have presumed and all i wanted to do is updates liverpools squad, so i did it manually on creations master and also upped there stats and there teamwork thing (which was really low imo) then clicked on file > save,and it updated liverpools rank and teamwork to what i had set it but it did not change the transfers i had made, please help

If you have made changes ingame, you need to delete the D.Squads folder from your My Documents/Fifa 07/... folder. This has been said a million times before, changes made with CM07 and changes made ingame clash.
