Thanks for helping. What I want you to do is to find how many PLs a user have participated in. For example, you can start with finding out how many PL youself have participated in (all years combined, also leagues that you didn't finish or started late in (every league you have participated in)). When you've done that, then tell me what the number is and I'll calculate the rest.
Hint: I think it's easier to find out this by doing a search where you search for this: Football Addict + final. Then you don't get up all the threads you have posted in, but only where the final standings have been posted.
i made a euro 2008 qualifying prediction league...hopefully no 1 else is in charge in doing it

But remember to add if he has participated in more than one year. If he has competed in the French PL in both 2004/2005 and 2005/2006 you must add that, you can write it like this: French PL (2).
Don't to count PLs that weren't finished btw.

Here is the list. I think this is the correct way to sort it, we can't sort it by % because then we would have people who only have competed in one at the top, and that looks just stupid. There are probably some errors here and there, so if you see any, then tell me.

This is indeed the best way to present the list, but the %'s look a bit weird, 'cause they're not counting back from 100% to ... (fill in
). Putting people with a 100% score out 1 PL at the top spott isn't fair either though, I agree with that as well.Maybe we can short the list to around 15 people ("the best of the best") and have a criteria such as a minimum amount of PL participations or top 3 achievements? That way we can scrap xxxFlyerxxx, Moron and more ...

Yeah, maybe we should have a minimum limit of participation. I agree it looks a little weird with someone having 100% and only competed once.
BTW: The list is not complete yet. I don't have the final standings from the EPL PL 2004/2005. Steaua is going to calculate these, and when I get them, the list will be complete.

yeah, VERY nice work! 9th place, not bad for me, though, my primary goal is to take the lead from nor-rbk one time in the future!
Just on idea, it would kind of be cool if prediction leagues like the Champions League and the WC and stuff would give MORE points in the statistics, since these are more popular and then more difficult to win, though, this might be to much work, but it would be cool though

If the World Cup 2006 Qualifiers and Premiership 2004-2005 had final standings, then I'd probably have 2 more victories!
I'll calculate the Qualifiers if no one minds.
My suggestion would be for 5 PL's, as that should cover one whole season of predicting at the least.

Seriously, I've worked quite a lot on this now and I'm getting a little tired of it. This "statistic-project" wasn't supposed to be so comprehensive, and adding this would make it too complicated at the moment. Also, in my opinion: a prediction league win is a prediction league win. So, at the moment, this will not happen, maybe at some later stage. Thats the thread for the second-to-last matchday, also the one where the last standings were posted. I'm starting off the standings for that matchday right now.
