The strikeforce in 2004/2005 was pathetic. Not one of my strikers got double digits. Jose Mari, Figueroa and Guayre have all get lost. McGeady was my first signing. Parkin and Vanden Borre were obtained in mid-season. Finsihed sixth. Sneijder, Simunic, Santana, Le Tallec and Zurawski were signed for free or from unprotected contracts. Romeo was a bargain after I sold off Guayre. Xisco returned from loan. Got second place in league and won Spanish Cup. Lost to Bremen in last 16 of UEFA Cup. Gabri, Pander, van der Meyde, Cannavaro and Frei obtained on frees or unprotected contract. Sold Roger and Santi to Valencia and Atletico Madrid respectively and wasn't too popular with the fans.

I have a question and I don't feel like making a new thread. I am playing a 4-4-2 Diamond formation with the mids told to make runs into the AM spots, Keane as my DMC and Totti as my AMC(no arrow to FC spot).

However I have a very solid defense and I am thinking about turning that DMC spot into a MC for a much more attacking feel to the team.

I have Vaart on the left and Sneijder on the bench. One problem I have with a MC and an AMC in the formation is that the center always seems to be crowded, which means I would have to tell the AMC to move into the box, but would this take away from the AMC's influence in the center of the park as a playmaker?

Would Totti be better placed upfront as a forward instead of an AMC?

Should I used Sneijder or Keane as the MC, at Ajax he was used as a MC before I bought him.

Should I just save myself a headache and tell Keane to make runs into the MC spot?
