Youth Players In The Internal Master 12

Hey guys
I've been searching for an answer of how to find out the IDs of Career Mode's youth players in FIFA 13 I managed to open my savefile with the Internal Master but nearly all I see are weird signs and numbers :/ Does anyone know how this tool works and could may explain where exactly I get those IDs? Would be awesome from you guys !

you are seeing that because that is what we all see, the characters do not display in certain tables, i am sure we will figure it out like we always do.

it simply takes time.
