What are players are the next Ronaldos and Ferdinands in the game? I've found a good forward and a promising offensive mid - haven't seen a good prospective def. My findings:

Bojinov (FW) - becomes unbelievable by 20 years of age. I love the guy.
Podolski (FW) - quality forward by 21
Lewis (GK) - 18 years of age, 90 keeping, 80 jump, 83 response, 90 defense and 90 balance
Schuster (sp?) (OMF) - 19, about 8 yellow stats. Improvement curve looks really good. Also for some reason performs better than what his stats say (at least for me)
Mexes and Barry (CBT) - grow up to be decent defs but nothing more.

borre + kompany from anderlecht clichy from arsenal is my preferred youths in defense
for midfield i use mascherano, neri cardozo, fabregas
on top, tevez, robinho, rooney, cerci
on goal k. schmeichel or lewis
but keep an lookout after each season for regenerated youth players (17-19 years)
