the limit is -2147483648 to 2147483648.

i have tons of code that work and affect the gameplay incredibly, i use them now and have been tweaking them.

some lowercase codes do work, i use quite a few with definite results but code is far from doing what we want them to do.

2147483647 if i remember correctly. ( my boss would be disappointed if I got that one wrong )

really? which lowercase settings work for you?

The way I think of it is, if the setting has not directly and obviously changed the game, then it has not worked. If your overwriting the default in-game value, ANY change would make a difference (a crash is a good indication). Very few actually make think 'yes, that has worked, let's move on'.

I still use sliders 45 pass speed for both CPU and User.
And I use Marking sliders at 60 for CPU and 80 for User.

Paul do you have the FIFA 14 codes available for a cl file somewhere so we can try things and test?
I'd like to start with a good accurate base this time..

it is 47, not 48, it was a typo.

there are several that work and you speak of crash i am currently trying to tweak a set of five codes that have good effects on gameplay but i keep getting crashes and the game creates a text dump titled "speedcurveinput".

i have 2 text documents 1 for uppercase and 1 for lowercase codes that i am going through and testing and removing what doesn't work and keeping what does.

Much much better. Players are livelier and passing game is very rewarding. Keep it up, mate!

very nice guys, i can only cheerlead as this is beyond my capabilities, i've gone back to playing the game with no cl.ini but with Fidel's hybrid play. The game seems to play well, but still not the same as with your guy's mods.

The strange thing is, the way it players with the normal AI, is pretty decent, good response, good pressing which I couldn't seem to get from MY side when I used the cl.ini, but without my players will press big time, however, the issues is the Ai cheat (had the AI go crazy and beat me while being down 4-1. The foul rate remains a problem as well of course, only rarely does the PC foul me if I don't do a fancy dribble.

I'll keep watching this thread and will try your latest update Zip.

I personally find marking at 85 to be more realistic.

I like 75 marking for CPU. At 85 CPU makes some unrealistic tackles. Marking for user doesn't make that much of a difference.

So zip, tested your AI yesterday, very well done in removing the players getting confused and the first time shot. What I did notice however, is that protecting the ball, is not as easy anymore I believe, however, fouls are more prevalent, players are better, they pass the ball around a LOT more. One thing I did notice which i've always wondered about, NORMAL AI without cl.ini they seem to press better and double team better when marking is set to 80 or 85, they do a great job of double teaming etc... with your cl Zip, they don't seem to do as well. Any ideas?

Otherwise, you basically took basic gameplay, and improved upon it in many many ways, again, Thank you Fidel and Paul and others since your cl.ini is a culmination of theres. I just like that my players are not confused randomly anymore!

Hey Zip, if you don't mind my asking, what codes did you use to fix the players forgetting where the ball is and terrible first touches? basically someof the main issues in Fidel's mod?

ZiPouet, I think the shooting was better in the previous version. Shots seem too over-powered in my opinion.

USE_STEP_LOCO... fields cause this error. As mentioned in a previous post of mine.

Tried your latest cl.ini and reports as follows,

Using Fidels HG 2.0 + Zip cl.ini
Legendary + Slow gameplay

Passing
Passing error has been erased ( Great Work)

CPU Defending
Very good

CPU Fouls
1 or 2 fould per game

Gameplay
is very good only problem is the CPU does not have enough shots per game or score goals.

Played 4 games in Career
Leeds v SC Heerenveen Away Won 1 - 0 CPU had 4 shots NONE on target
Leeds v Calgari Home Won 1 -0 CPU 1 Shot NONE on target
Leeds v Walsall Away Lost 1 - 0 CPU 3 Shots ONE on target.
Leeds v Barnsley Home 0 - 0 CPU 1 Shot ONE on target.

Tried lowering the shot error and passing error slider not much help.

How can we make the CPU more attacking which lines in the cl.ini should we adjust?

Zip and everyone else. On Fidel's mod, i added these codes that Bangus discovered and the players no longer forget the ball, nor mess up randomly.

DISABLE_MISS_BALLTOUCH = 1
DISABLE_BALLTOUCH_LIMITATION = 1

Anyone know what else they might affect, positive things perhaps?

Removing the loco_step removed the player forgetting the ball already.
As for other requests, I'm still expecting Regularcat to provide all codes so I can dig into it and test etc.
