Soccer Gaming Goes Retro!
As Soccer Gaming continues to be revamped, we have opened up a brand new Retro Section for the site. This part of Soccer Gaming is dedicated to all the football games and developers of yester year, that have in some way helped bring the genre to the level we find it at today.
We will feature old video footage of games ranging from Amiga and Spectrum titles right up to offerings for the Gamecube and Playstation era. Whenever possible, we will also do our best to provide working links to demos or freeware versions of these titles for the Soccer Gaming community to try out, and in turn build up a library of football gaming from the past 20 years.
This section will be run for the community, and therefore we are looking for help from the community. If there is a game or series of games you would like to be looked at, or the work of a particular developer that you feel needs highlighting, please get in touch on dan@soccergaming,com. Old soccer games, has to be sensible soccer on the Amiga 1200, the joys of Cantona scoring again……. Need Zipstick Joysticks (still have one somewhere)…..
