crash game fifa 16 after create a new team.

I created a team with cm16 and then I inserted the team in the rest of the world league and then saved it when I start the game and decide to play with this team with another team from another league the game crashes and comes out what should I do to solve it I'm waiting for your answers to the problem, thank you all.
