There are some guys in Ukraine who used to make a Ukrainian league every year, but this year they seem to no longer support FIFA 14, so that there's a bit of a problem for the Ukrainian community.
If you plan to do this and need a hand please let me know via PN.

This is amazing! One small question, other european teams that play in European competitons like for ex. from Croatia, Czechia, Cyprus... will they be in Other teams or you will make it in each country like you did before

It all comes down to time. I want to release a stable Basic version and follow that up with the 3 x England Vanarmama National leagues. That's the limit of my plans at the moment.
That said I do I already have the Ukraine league in the FIP master patch. scouser09 and I have discussed sharing a FIFA 14 version of that DB for the community to use. We don't have updated kits for the promoted Ukraine teams though.
I will add the kits we have in FIP for now. I will look at new kits when I have a stable release.

I have the Championship and Relegation play-offs in the mod.
I have updated the league list to include the additional teams here.
It is highly recommended that this is installed on a clean FIFA.
I am committing to a Basic version and the 3 x England Vanarmama National leagues for now.
