first of all - awesome Fred face. the game really needed it. now for some criticism)) you set the head model WAY too low. take a look at this:

fred's head positioned against a head i converted from fifa 19 (this is how high i discovered heads can be positioned after being scaled down by 4% without shoulders/neck becoming visible through the shirt). could you pls do something about this? thank you.

Great discovery, I really wanted to know how far should the shoulder can be lowered, and yes I did lowering the shoulder part because It is visible thru the shirt but I didnt know its way too low. Will this affect the player's body? or else?. And how low should i position the shoulder, can you give me the right positioning? I mean compare the original fifa 19 head model and the right positioning of how it should be in fifa 14. It might help thanks!

you can download one of my packs and use any player as guideline for positioning. i've tested many versions of positioning and this is what i came up with - it's not too low, but it's low enough so that the shoulders are not visible. now, most ea models adhere to exactly the same design of shoulders/neck with few exceptions like Ake, Ronaldo, Mignolet and some others. so you will notice that the lower part of the model remains unchanged (lower part of neck and shoulders) from model to model. my advice is when you create a new model you must also have this part unchanged. that way no matter what model you're making you'll know exactly how to position it. what model did you use as base for fred? my guess is it wasn't a fifa 14 model but fifa 16-19, right? i think the solution in this case would be to recreate the lower part so that it's identical to ea models. i also find it crucial to mind the size - when i convert i scale down the models by 4% (5% in case of very small players and muscle body type). not only it gives me the correct size for fifa 14 but it also allows the shoulders to be positioned higher.

I see, well explain mate thanks! I will use your converted player as guideline everytime I use fifa 16-19 model and yes I use Kellyn Acosta from fifa 19 as base for Fred. I have noticed that most of the fifa 16-19 model have bigger size than fifa 14. It's great that you discover the exact position and size on how it should be for fifa 14.

Decreasing the players' heads is a bad idea, I've converted over 250 heads.

Some players will appear to be with microcephaly.

It's bizarre, not all heads made by EA are perfect, your game contains a thousand bugs, do you think all heads would be perfect ??

People have different head sizes but proportional to their body and the body of the FIFA 14 players is strange.

This is why the ideal head size is slightly larger than the generic head of FIFA 14.

I have more experience than you in this.

It depends. Every players have different head sizes. When it comes to some players with a big head size, it is necessary for us to size it down a little bit for example, Rojo, Martial, etc from FIFA 16-19. Or not they will look like Megamind, I've seen this many times in Moddingway mod. It seems like the facemaker dont take this seriously. The tips is, we have to test it ingame first to compare with the body before making changes.

Actually testing in the game is not the best idea.

Different mods may have different bodies, in one the player may be normal and in the other robust.

The best idea is to always compare with the generic one in the Creation Master.

If it is much larger, decrease and if it is smaller, increase the size.

Fine head is also bizarre, has anyone seen the head of Burgui and Manu García made by EA ??
