My, friend, do you prepare the stadium for baking in other 3d program? If yes, try to separate the stands part (the part that is usually covered by the crowd). If your initial diffuse color of the material is E7E7E7, after you bake that part make it a little bit brighter. I increase the brightness by 30-40 %. This will make the crowd a bit more bright. In the past I didn't notice that and my earlier stadiums are with darker crowd.
Super excited about the work being done on USA stadiums. And it's a good jump on the 2026 World Cup patch
If you're looking for more project considerations, the PES 6 versions of Soldier Field and Mile High have never been converted.
