The next holes to be filled so that the tournaments do not crash (minimum two teams per league) are the following. With these we can kick off all 90s tournaments.
My dream would be to be able to make a Real Madrid triptych so as to have the whole decade (or almost) with all Real Madrid. Let's see what we have as kits tomorrow.

I'm not a specialist about kits, I make some very simple but I try to use fifa kit creator to try make something quite good. But really it's not my best talent.
Some examples pics of leagues I created
I made full D1 from 92-93 to 01-02. It changed to Ligue 1 Orange on season 02-03 and actually I have created full 02-03 to 05-06 and actually creating 06-07
Perhaps your teams could be integrated in the add/on of Jbout and Valambrosio?

I also have the jerseys from the 1992-93 patch for fifa 16 but often I can't use them (so I don't count them) Being for fifa 16 I have to convert them and to convert them I have to extract them from the RX3 the file with reduced quality compared to the original PNG. Once converted and reintroduced, the quality deteriorates further making that set practically useless as it becomes very pixelated in the logos and in the small details. Let's avoid using those jerseys for that. by missing I meant jerseys of which we have PNG. and in PNG we only have the badly done home from 1990-91 :(

Then there is the matter of colors when extracting a PNG from rx3. The PNG extracted from the RX3 always has darker colors than the PNG. Whites become off-white, tending to gray. By exporting and re-importing the PNG in question that white now turning gray will become even more gray.

I don't want to be part on a contender patch, Classic patch is priority and I understand Giggi is creating a structure to be able to add top 5 teams ligues.

But there would be no problems. We are all connected with the various patches :) Anyway yes the problem of kits is the one common to all. The period 1990-2010 is really difficult and we always proceed very, too slowly.

To be honest i noticed same thing if i import a face texture into a rx3 with CGFE 16 it becomes a bit darker. Not really a problem but i was wondering if this happens with all tools. I belive not, but i didnt try other merhod yet...

Yes. is the structure of the rx3 file, it does not depend on the tools. Compresses the image tending to slightly lose some data and making it darker. With faces, you don't notice the problem so much or at least you ignore it. But you notice the kits all right. The logos become pixels, and the small lines, like those of the collar, the same. To remedy the problem slightly, kits in 2048x2048 or higher should be created. But there is a risk that many users will crash ingame ...

Actually the patch of Jbout and valambrosio is just an expansion of the original classic patch
It’s like Giggi said a collaboration of amazing classic lovers

i was thinking .... maybe blender tends to lose less data. Not sure, I have very primitive knowledge of blender. But when I put the hair textures not the missing data (black areas) into the player's hair. But I don't know if it can relate to all RX3 files. I repeat. Blender I know how to use little and badly XD

I experienced it with minifaces. It's not necessarily have to be rx3, but the DTX5 compression that is automatically applied. What can be tried is to work on .dds files.
