Convert Head hair and hairlod: 14 to 15 (with move\scale), then converted files from 15 to online 04 new (without move\scale), then from online to 14 (with move\scale)

The classic problem of the neck protruding from the shirt. The curious thing is that it happens with all faces the head files larger than 190 kb. With those around 173-174 kb it rarely happens.
