    It's time UEFA had a qualification round like they do in CONCACAF for all the small Caribbean islands. It would also give the small microstates something tangible to play for.

    Almost certainly Bob Gansler judging by what was said on a Kansas City MLS broadcast I was watching over the weekend. Bob Gansler was Mo Johnston's coach when the KC Wizards won the MLS Cup in 2000 and was the USA's coach at Italia 90.
