    Your answer helped me realize that the eng.db file was in the wrong directory. I would suggest updating the instructions for the language file with full paths for both fifa.db and eng.db files; it might help other users like me, inexperienced in fifa modding.

    I extracted all the files and pasted them to the right directory, including miniheads and eng db. The game crashes when i start a match, and can't see the names of new leagues and teams , instead there is a code ($1234567890 not found). Used fat rebuilder but it only solved the crash problem.
