    From what I'VE seen and heard, MS Antispyware is decent program. I haven't had any problems with it. I expressed my OPINION before and now. How much investigating do you think we need before we are allowed say something? But yes, that "5$ for your troubles" is a strange solution from Microsoft.

    As I mentioned above, Microsoft Antispyware is based on Giant Antispyware. Based is actually the wrong term. Microsoft basically just changed the name, everything else is purely Giant. And Giant was (before being bought by Msoft) the best antispyware program around. So yes, I'd trust it.

    Cleaning your system _after_ it's been infected can be very difficult. I'd recommend calling your ISP, unless you know what your doing. Your ISP should also be able to help you catch the moron who's attacking your computer. Things you can do to prevent and protect from viruses/spyware etc...
