    Unfortunately it looks like TU13 has messed up the updated rating/potential system for regens again, EA love to make the game as unplayable as possible (though it's still better than it was before the developer fixed it)

    Yes I did this, when I tested out the mod I began a new save each time and everything else seems to work well (development plans, transfer values, budget, youth, scouts etc.) but this seems to be the one issue it has for me.
