    Slow down fix for XP

    It doesn't work for me, my computer just blocks when i try to do that, and i have to restart it. But i downloaded the save file from some guy, and i unlocked the Double speed option, but now it is too fast...... Sometime is normal, but that lasts for 2 seconds, then it goes fast again, it's not...
