    Hey, I also have a 19" WS lcd and in the video options in fifa 08 I had the option of 1440 x 900 (16:10) which is also my screens native res. You could also try forcing it through the Nvidia control panel if you have an nvidia. Dont know about ATI sorry.

    I believe the transfer system is similar to 06 in that the likelyhood of a successful transfer depends on the negotiation stat as well as your reputation stat as a manager (the number next to your pic).
