    I think that needs the next changes: more pointed ears, smaller nostrils (only a bit), better UV mapping on the eyebrows, most square jaw, chin most pronounced and square, too and the eyes a little closer cheers mate!

    that texture is too green and yellow :P you have to up the red levels and I think it has a little closed eyes and the texture doesn't fit so well in the mouth all the faces need even a little of work with blender to make details better good start man! face editing is hard in FIFA :P
