Yes but doesn't it just save the shortcut? I don't think it actually downloads the whole file so when you click on it from the TEMP folder it will just stream it again. I dunno I could be wrong. Somebody enlighten us.

if ur watching videos on a site, and then go to ur temp folder, usually the file is there. streaming however doesnt (i think) im not sure...but thats my opinion
