My game crashes in 2005-2006

I'm in the 2005-2006 season and just before Chrimbo (can't remember which date) my game crashes: anyone know why? I think I am only on patch 1.1 (the first one)

Also, my absence is mainly due to the fact that we have moved and we have no internet, but we are getting ADSL in the next few days. I am posting this from next door.

Good news though, I have designed the Dave (R) v1.1, Dave (R) GK's v1.1 and a new U23-s schedule that are all working well at the moment, so brace yourselves lol!

Anyway, I never played with 1.1, but with HSV I got into 2008 summer and I haven't found a (big, noticable) bug

well.. probably it's just a corrupted saved game (Patch 4.1.4 reased today)

i played on 4.1.1 for 7 seasons and never had that problem

It sounds allot like the usual symptoms of a corrupt saved game.

Your not alone young one, I have also encountered this

I just started a new game as Monaco just to be sure

yah, last time I had this prob was with CM01/02 Dis was a CM3 (all cm3 games) classic

i so far haven't had a corrupt saved game *touch wood*

Mine crashed in the middle of 2007-8 season. I was watford, taken them from Div 1, gradually built up into a force in the EPL and won it in 2006-7. Game crashed while saving for some reason. I have started to lose interest in CM since then. Starting a new game is just so boring, setting tactics, training, sifting through a squad......

I thought it might've been screwed because when anyone transferred, they had about 20 clubs in the transfer history with screwed up facts and figures. It isn't happening now in my new Liverpool game, thankfully! Got Cissé too for £3M
