Fifa 2004 becomes Euro 2004

Hi guys, I was wondering if it would be possible to completely trasfer Euro 2004 gameplay to Fifa 2004. Obviously I'm not meaning just ini.big and aicpu.big files, I'm talking indeed of a complete change in Fifa playability. I'd like to make the same moves, tricks, with the same speed in passages and all the other new features of Euro 2004.

What do you think about it? Do you have any clue on what to do first?

If I copy the EURO 2004 ini.big and aicpu.big files over the FIFA 2004 files will it improve the game play of FIFA 2004?

In what ways does it affect FIFA 2004? Does it play a nice game of soccer or does the AI do weird things once in awhile?
