What leagues have the least restrictions on Foreign players?

Belgium has no foreign players limit
IRL Beveren sometimes put 11 Ivorian players on the field.

In the game Holland hasn't any restrictions either.
IRL there's a basic wage they have to earn, but that was left out of the game.

Are there any EU leagues where work-permits dont matter? I seem to remember it not mattering in the Italian league but I'm not sure. Cos I have found loads of sh!t hot South American talent which I really want to test out but none are granted work permits.

The only one that needs that Work Permit stuff is EPL. In Italy, you can sign one non-EU player from abroad. The meaning of abroad, well, i dont know. I guess you can only sign one non-eu player that is based outside Italy/Europe. You can play as much Non-EU's as you want though (if i'm not mistaken).

I think he means you can sign only one non-EU player that plays outside of Italy per season, but as many as you want that already play in Italy. Needs confirmation, that.

"Each team has its own limit on non-EU players. This number will increase if a club signs a domestic based non-EU player and decrease if they sell a non-EU player to a team in the same nation."

That's literally from the "rules" tab under the serie A table.

So, for example:

Juventus have 9 non-EU players, and a limit of 9. If they sell a non-EU to a foreign club, they can buy 1 new non-EU from outside Italy. Buying a non-EU player who already plays in Italy will raise the limit, so they would have 9 and a limit of 10. Selling 1 to an Italian club would mean they cannot buy another non-EU player from outside Italy.

It keeps the number of non-EU players in the Italian leagues constant, but non-EU players already in Italy can move around as they like.

Thanks for that I expect when it says 'abroad' it may mean outside the EU rather than outside Italy. Are there rules on the number of non EU players you can buy in the Spanish league?

You can have a maximum of 3 non-EU players in the maximum 25 players total of the 1st team. I think, not sure, you can have an additional 3 in the C team, but none in the B team.

Better than nowt I suppose. Are there any decent European leagues where it's totally unrestricted? Sorry for asking so many questions

Playing CM now, just checked on Germany. You can have 5 Non-EU's in your match squad. Practically half of your team.

Well, just Belgium and Holland then without rules.

Oh right, Holland will be fine. It's actually one of my fav leagues to play

In the lower leagues of Germany you even have to play a number of -23 Germans, -21 Germans and -19 Germans

In Portuguese Super Liga you can have till 6 non EU-Members on the team ... about EU members, no restrictions applied
