When I play online, teams are different than offline

Hello,
I have PES4 PC version with 1.10 patch installed and I noticed something strange. When I play offline with a friend at home, the teams are different than when I play online with pes4online. It looks like they are more up to date when I play online (players, team tactics etc are different). Where does that come from ?
And by the way, is there any patches out of there which could make all the teams up to date, with their real name etc ? I mean, a real objective patch, not giving teams some bonus or giving 99 to some players etc.
