RM is Revolution Mod, look into it.
CM 15 works pretty well, I think the issue is on your end.
A step by step guide, simply export the needed table and edit in MS Excel
and import it into the database.
I am taking a bit of a chance wit this.
I have just reformatted my win 7 pc i7 16gb ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 730.
Installed my fifa 15 game and then tried to install Creation Master fifa 15. It Just crashes every time. I have looked on my control pannel and net framework 4 seems to be installed also. so i am at a loos. I would welcome any suggestions for a fix.

When you load the databases in CM 15 make sure you select the
language database you use in game.
Make your edits, add the team to the league in the league tab.
Set Origin to offline and play.
