1. Uncheck shadeless in shading option in material page
2. Set emit around 0.5
3. Select normap map in texture page
4. Check the box of normal map in image sampling
5. Uncheck color and alpha in diffuse
6. Check the box of normal in geometry

I think the nose looks too wide in-game (as opposed to the blender preview). Apart from that...it's sensational

Mustache and mouth look weird, maybe it's just the texture or the maps.
Fix that and work a little bit more on the profile and it'll be perfect.

Thanks for the tips. I retained almost full detail of mustache from the photo I used, so I think it is how it should looks. What's wrong the mouth? I will try to update the profile as I am still finding proper photo of him.
