Issue With Team Names And Some Players

So i went on my game and noticed the names of teams and leagues had dissapeared while trying to select a team or edit a team ?

Is this a error thats common or do i need to reinstall my game>?

Is your database edited?can you see the team names in CM16.

Most likely there is a problem with your languag table. If your game is unedited, you can probably just reimport that table from a backup.
