nice work with those faces, i can imagine it would be very hard with the lack of good photos. Try to reduce the contrast and brightness on the textures, should make them look better.

looks good. try to give him a more nuetral expression. you could move the eye model a bit higher, that should help. also try to reduce the shadows below the nose
