Guyana is now 2 stars.
Central African Republic is 2.5 stars.
Chad is 1.5 stars
Congo is 3.5 stars
Hong Kong is 1.5 stars
Rwanda is 1.5 stars

I will also look on squads for Asian Cup/Copa America/Gold Cup/African Cup of Nations & Nations Leagues. If there are new players with good ratings - I will replace old/retired ones.
